    The instrument is designed and made as per the National Standard of People’s Republic of China GB/T 507-2002 “Test Methods for Breakdown Voltage of Insulating Oils”, Industry Standard of People’s Republic of China DL429.9-91, and the characteristics of similar instruments all over the world. The instrument has been widely used in the fields of railway, aviation, power plant, petroleum, and scientific research institutes, etc to determine the breakdown voltage of insulating oils.
 
Main technical features:
1. The instrument uses a mechanotronic design ideas, with intuitive display, easy to operate, accurate measurement, excellent repeatability.
2. Appearance design adopts box-type structure, reasonable structure, low system error, easy to use.
3. With special solid boost transformer, high voltage boost is stable and reliable, and the measuring range is large, the maximum voltage can reach 70kV, which is suitable for the use of the field.
