Technical questions:

1、Which is the total necessary electricity power for  line 30 m2 and line 157 m2 ?

For dryer TR-30m2 : 97.2KW

For dryer TR-157m2 : 276KW

(Doesn’t include pre-treatment / packing machine)

2、What is the steam heating for ?

Steam is used for heating the circulation liquid. The circulation liquid will be pumped into the heating plate to dry the wet raw material.

3、What is the working pressure ?

For dry chamber: 20~100pa

4、What is the working temperature of the steam ?

150~180℃        

5、Which is the source of the steam - is it included in the set or it is separate ?

Steam is prepared by customer-self.

Other questions:

1、What about of sea transport to port – what are the sizes of the conteiners ?

If need, CIF is acceptable. (Freight to be determined)

For TR-30, needs about 2*40HQ

For TR-157, needs about 2*40FR  1*40HQ

   If it is 2 sets of TR-157 Equipment, needs about 3*40FR, 3*40HQ

2、Who will fit the equipment and start the equipment in our factory ?- ( 

price ?)

The Seller will arrange engineers to customer’s factory for installation work and staff training service. The Buyer is responsible for engineers’ round-trip ticket, the hotel and the meals during equipment installation and debugging period, and pay USD300/day for each engineer during the installation and debugging period.

Our engineer provide Installation guide service, customer need arrange some worker to assist engineer.

3、At one of the pictures from the offer there is a trail bar on the 

ceiling. Could you send me some additional information for the 

wheelbarrow ?

Machine use trolley to transport the material between quick freeze room and dry chamber. The quotation contains the trolley and rail. 

4、Do you produce this type of wheelbarrows and how much 

quantity does every line need ?

TR-30 has 3 trolleys; TR-157 has 7 trolleys.

We usually provide 2 sets of trolley for each machine. when 1set under drying; 1set could be under quick-freezing

5、Do we need to have any additional large baking tins to attend to the 

working process ?

No

6、Is there a company which is working with similar equipment that we can see ?
