TR-TC-01 (not use for medicine) type Biohazard safety cabinet is a negative pressure safety equipment which is widely applicable in microbiology, biomedicine, genic recombination, zoopery and biologicals. It is the basic safety protect equipment in laboratory biologic safety class one protect barrier which adopts advanced air clean technology and negative pressure cabinet design to achieve the protection for environment, person and sample.   AirflowImbibed air is combined with air in cabinet by the drive of the built-in fan, 70% of air is sent to operation area for circulation through the static pressure box and the filter, and 30% of air is exhausted through HEPA. Applicable scopeTR-TC-01  (not use for medicine) Series Biohazard Safety Cabinet is a main segregating equipment used in laboratory. It can prevent the diffusion of harmful suspended particle and protect personnel, sample and environment. The cabinet is classified by NSF49 standard. Class¢òBiohazard Safety Cabinet belongs to ventilation cabinet whose front panel is detachable. It protects work personnel by vertical airflow, protects sample through multilayer HEPA filtrating air, and protects environment through HEPA to exhaust air. Class¢òBiohazard Safety Cabinet can prevent contamination spread through air effectively if you use correct microorganism opreation technique. Product structureTR-TC-01 (not use for medicine) Biohazard safety cabinet is composed by cabinet case, bracket, fan, UPLA and control system. The case is made of 1.5mm thin cold-roll plate, and the chamber and the reservoir are made of SUS304 stainless steel palte. The double layers structure between the chamber and the ektexine of the cabinet is the air duct. The fan adopts imported fan, and it composes the air cycle system with UPLA and negative pressure air duct. And a whole system of safety cabinet is composed under the control system composed with microcomputer CMOS chip controlled. 

Product feature:

(1)Fission type strucure which is composed by cabinet and rack. Dismountable rack, moveable truckles and balance adjust guide screw are convenient for convery and orientation;

(2) LED displays differential pressure value beteen chamber and static pressure box and reflects differential pressure work state notly;

(3) Adopts differential pressure sensor imported from USA which have sensitive response and high accuracy to measure the differential pressure value effectively

(4) Controlled by microcomputer CMOS chip, alarm with sound and light when filter is dilapidated and filter draws near invalidation to ensure the user safe;

(5) Control panel adopts touch type switch design with graph sign, the exterior is artistic and easy for operation;

(6) Interlock device of UV light and floodlight protect user if UV light button is pressed as a mistake;

(7) Moveable toughened glass front window with balancing form weight structure, the front window can be located optionally in the stated height range;

(8) Safe height indicator of front window and spacing control of alarm with sound and light to protect the user effectively;

(9) Chamber adopts SUS304 stainless steel material with arc angle which is convenient to clean the hangoverin dead angle;

(10) Moveable SUS304 stainless steel operation table-board which is firm, fast and easy for clean;

(11) AC sockets with anti-splash protection cover is convenient for user;

(12) Equipped with high quality acentric fan, two sets of strucure of discharge air and blast make wind speed steady;

(13) Equipped with discharge air mantle and discharge air conduit for letting 30% air outdoor to meet the requirement of use;

(14) Equipped with the reservoir below the table-board, the lower is a blowdown valve which is easy for clean and letout.
