Equipment introduction

Gel electrophoresis of isoelectrofocusing is a technique 
which makes analyze on the basis of electrostatic charge of protein molecules or 
other electric points, in isoelectro focusing, protein molecules are making electrophoresis 
in a continuous stable linear pH gradient which including carrier ampholyte . Carrier ampholyte is an aliphatic aminopolycanboxylic acid, on electric field forms continuous linear 
pH gradient where acid with positive pole and alkaline with negative pole. protein molecules  
on the the lower band of pH stripe where it deviates from isoelectro point has an electric charge, 
that`s why they can move on the electric field; when protein moves to isoelectro point, 
its static charge is 0, and doesn`t move anymore on the electric field, 
on these grounds protein separation works.
