The technical parameters is measured by the standard mercury thermometer with the accuracy 0.1℃ (the measuring tip placed in the geometric center of the working room), under the environment with the temperature 25℃,RH not higher than 85%, and without sample load.
III. Structure overview
The TRYTE series blast drying oven adopts the high quality steel with stoving varnish for the outer shell. The working chamber adopts the stainless steel and the shelves are quipped. The middle layer between the shell and the working chamber is filled with superfine glass wool for heat insulation. The door adopts double layer hardened glass window for easy observation of the objects to be heated inside. The heat resisting silicone rubber sealing ring is equipped in the connection of the working room and the outer door. The power switch and the temperature control panel are located in the front of the drying oven.
The electrtothermal system is comprised of high quality electric motor with centrifugal compeller, electric heater, proper air passage structure and temperature/humidity controller. When the power is on, the electric fan begins to work to compel the air heated by the electric heater at the bottom of the drying oven upwards to go through the working room to dry the objects then the air is breathed in to the electric fan again. Through this continuous circulation the temperature in the working room gets uniform.
IV. Important information.
The shell of the drying oven should be well earthed for safe.
The equipment should be placed in a well ventilated room without any flammable or explosive objects around.
Flammable and explosive samples should not be applied in this equipment.
Spare room for the applied samples inside for better thermal circulation.
Keep clean of the inner and outside of the equipment. Pack it in plastic dust shield if it’s kept not used for long time. Place in dry indoor environment.
