Dual furnaces design
Low-temperature furnace for moisture test and high-temperature furnace for ash and volatile matter test.
High test efficiency, continuous test available
Unique test mode of conducting moisture and ash test simultaneously, it canperform moisture and ash analysis in different
furnaces, no need to wait furnace cooling. During the active analysis, the operator can pre-weigh the next batches of samples.
Improved accuracy
. Sample weighing at room/low temperature by internal balances, effectively reduced the influence of balance drift.
. Auto-calibration for internal balance, make sure each weighing result is accurate and reliable.
Safe Operation
Specially designed volatile matter crucible together with unique auto-sample loading mechanism to avoid the operation of
replacement or removal of the crucible cover under high temperatureto avoid heat emission and hurt to the operator.
Operation cost saving
Compressed aircan meet the requirement of gas supply, no oxygen and nitrogen required.
Compatible with Windows OS system
Easy to use Windows-based operating software, after finishing the sample weighing, the operator can be free for other
tasks.
Easy Data handling
. Data collection, calculation, print and restoration are automatically done by computer
. Data can be transmitted by internal network.
. Several proximate analyzers can be controlled by a single PC with Ethernet communication technology.
. Connect with balance and network by standard interface RS232.
Application:
It is applicable in the industry such as electrical power, coal, commerce inspection, environment protection, metallurgy, paper making, petrochemical, earth probe and the research institution or quality inspecting organization to test the content of air-dry basis moisture, ash, LOI, and volatile matter in the coal.
It can also calculate calorific value and the content of fixed carbon and hydrogen in samples automatically.
Conformance of Standards:
. ASTMD5142-09 Standard Test Method for Proximate Analysis of the Analysis Sample of Coal and Coke by Instrumental Procedures
. ISO11722 Solid mineral fuels – Hard coal – Determination of moisture in the general analysis test sample by drying in nitrogen
. ISO1171 Solid mineral fuels –Determination of ash
. ISO562 Hard coal and coke – Determination of volatile matter
. GB/T212-2008 Standard Test Method for Proximate Analysis of Coal
