Product Description: 

Using PC for control, Win XP all Chinese operating platform, human-machine dialog, displaying testing force, spring deformation, curve of toughness, working status and loading speed, etc. on PC screen, multi-data processing. With imported digital control speed adjusting motor (those more than 50KN are from Japan’s Mitsubishi or Panasonic digital AC servo motor load, precision rolling screw drive), which can conduct stress analysis on springs.

  1. Set test force P to check the remaining height “H” of spring or the deformation ”F”;

  2. Set the height “H” or the deformation “F” to test testing force “P”;

  3. Set the number of pre-compression springs to conduct pre-compression;

  4. Intelligent programming;

  5. With the functions of overload, overvoltage, over-current, limit position protection, etc.
