Adopting microcomputer control digital broadband electro-liquid servo valve to drive precise hydraulic cylinder, this machine can conduct tensile, compression, bending-resistance tests through automatic control of test force, displacement, deformation and other models. It is in line with the national standard GB/T228-2002 "Room-temperature Tensile Test Methods of Metal Materials” and other standards.
The host of testing uses hydraulic cylinders mounted; with the device to adjust the test space and transmission equipment installed at the bottom, stable transmission; open structure of the upper and lower jaw to facilitate clamping samples and of good stability.
Independent hydraulic servo loading system and high-precision broadband servo valve ensure high precision, high efficiency, low noise and fast response; Independent hydraulic clamping system ensures smooth operation with low noise and solid clamping during the testing process.
Lenovo computers are applied to complete test parameters setting, test process controlling, data acquisition, processing, analysis, storage and display (test data includes: upper and lower yield point, tensile strength, tensile strength, elastic modulus volume and point elongation, etc.) during the testing process. It is of high precision and accuracy in controlling and measuring.
