WDW Series Electronic Universal Testing Machine is mainly applicable to test tension, compression, bending and other mechanical property indexes for metallic, nonmetallic, composite materials. Meanwhile, it can conduct test and data processing according to GB, ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN standards. 2. Functions and features:
By applying Panasonic Digital AC Servo Control System and the AC servo motor to drive imported highly-efficient speed reducer and high-precision ball screw gear to test, this machine can realize a wide range of speed adjustments so as to conduct tension, compression, bending and bending test to metal and nonmetal materials. The testing process is stable, high-efficient and of little noise. Absorbing advanced control technology of testing machine from Shimadzuan , Japan, it can realize deformation, displacement, testing force control under constant velocity.
By adopting top-brand micorcomputer, it can complete test parameters setting, test process control, data acquisition, processing, analysis and display (test data of metal materials includs: upper and lower yield point, tensile strength, elastic modulus, elongation rate and δ0.2, etc.) in the whole testing process, which is precise and accurate in control and measurement.
Additionally, it is equipped with specific software of Windows electronic universal testing machine, and according to national standard or users’ parameters, it conducts data statistics and processing and output and print various test curves and test reports: displaying, magnifying and comparing many kinds of curves, such as alternative stress-strain , load and strain, load--time, load-displacement and displacement—time as well as monitoring testing process, which is intelligent and convinient.
