Application:

TR-HY4650 Ash Content Tester is used to determine the ash content of rubber product, plastic and other products (PE, PP, PB and other plastic resin and also compounds) by burning the organic matter and heating the residue at high temperature until constant mass is reached.

Features:

★ Integrated designed furnace and controller, nice appearance;

★ Three-side heating, fast heating speed, uniform temperature, easy and reliable to exchange heating wire;

★ Control panel and chimney are made of stainless steel and the surface adopts imported double color epoxy powder electrostatic coating technology;

★ Digital meter, intelligently control the temperature;

★ Several protect function to improve the safety and reliability;

★ Resistance wire heating, 30 phase programs control the temperature, K-type thermocouple determine the temperature, the max. temperature can reaches 1100℃.
