Application:

TR-HY4310B Melt Flow Index tester is used to measure the melt flow rate (MFR) and melt volume-flow rate (MVR) of thermoplastic resin in quality control and research applications. It is suitable for PC, nylon, fluoroplastics and other engineering plastics which of higher melt temperature, and also suitable for PE, PP, ABS resin and other plastics which of lower melt temperature. These series testers conform to ISO 1133, GB/T 3682, JB/T 5456, etc.


 Features:

★ With two test methods: MFR and MVR, and also can test melt density

★ PLC control, LCD display, easy to operate

★ Adopts high precision photoelectric encoder to measure the displacement

★ Can automatically calculate the melt volume-flow rate and melt density after inputting the mass

★ Simple structure, easy to operate, easy to maintain
