Working principle: first introducing steam from boilers, and discharge water and impurities through valve by vapor-liquid separator; after the pure steam enter into the boiling tube, make the distilled water evaporate into steam and filter it by membrane, and then into the spiral condenser to cool it into distilled water to flow out through the exit. After releasing heat and the self-liquefied, the steam in evaporation tube will go through blocking valve and enter into evaporation pot to compensate distilled water.
Usage:
applicable for equipment cleaning in large, medium and small sized pharmaceutical plants, all levels of hospital preparation room and chemical research institutes.
Product Structure:
It is composed of vapor-liquid separator, evaporation pot, water compensator, isolator and condenser.
Functions of each component:
(1) Vapor-liquid separator: barometer is installed on the top, plate-separator inside the middle part and blow-down valves on the lower part to discharge wastewater inside the tube.
(2) Evaporation pot: connected with vapor-liquid separator outlet outside and inside it is installed spiral evaporation pipes, in which the steam can produce high-frequency jitter during heat exchange, high efficiency in evaporation and, fast in heat exchange. After evaporation, the steam will self-liquefied and enter into evaporation pot through compensation bucket to complete the second evaporation. The water droplets go through the isolation layer into the condenser.
(3) Condenser: it is equipped with inlet and outlet positioned in the lower and high part respectively. The steam enters into the condenser and forms thermal expansion and contraction under the pressure of the cooling water outside the pipe. Scale will be automatically off when it is 1mm thick, which solves the difficult problem of scale cleaning (Patent No.: 962041720.6)
