Application:

This instrument is used for carbon and sulfur determination of steel, iron, alloy, foundry core sand, non-ferrous metals, cement, ore, coke, catalysts, magnetic materials, ceramics, inorganic, graphite, refractory materials, battery materials and plants, etc.

Main features:
The instrument, adopting advance technology from abroad, is a high-tech product that integrates the technologies of light, mechanism, electricity, sensor, computer and analysis. It is featured with wide measuring range, high anti-interference ability, complete function, simple operation, accurate and reliable analysis and so on.  Most components of the instrument are imported from abroad. 2, As for ultra-low or high content analysis, it  introduces dual carbon and sulfur cell, automatic shift as well.
3, Dynamic data integration can be done during the process of high-speed 24-bit sampling, which improves the sensitivity and accuracy of the analysis.
4, Unique installation for carbon monoxide’s conversion into carbon dioxide that improves the accuracy of carbon measurement.
5, Using high-frequency ceramic 7.5KVA power tube, so that samples can fully burn;
6, Patented snap-fit automatic cleaning technology and ultra-micro-hole filter for metal dust that can reduce the impact of dust on analysis result, and also, they are convenient for dissemble and maintenance.
7, The patented low-pressure heating coil can be used for stove heating to improve the conversion rate of sulfur and ensure the stability of sulfur analysis;
8, The access of infrared detection and high-frequency furnace fiber, combining multi-shielded isolation circuit, prevents the machine from high-frequency interference.
9, The dedusting and cleaning devices adopt internal pressure for sealing, which perform soundly and is easy to replace.
10, WINDOWS XP all-English operating interface, and Deliph software;

High-frequency induction combustion furnace
1, Output power of high-frequency furnace: 2.7KVA; frequency: 20MHz.
2, Automatic leak detection, alarm for exceeding time limit and over-current;
3, Current / voltage / power / selection modes for adjusting the furnace temperature: suitable for samples of different materials;
4, High-precision flow rate controller ensures the stability of airflow.
5, 0.4-micron ultra-micro-hole filter for metal dust ensures complete separation of dust and gas.
6, Low-pressure heating and constant-temperature of furnace improve the conversion rate of sulfur and also enables the stability of sulfur analysis results.
7, Automatic cleaning of snap-fit furnace decreases impact from dust on the analysis results.

Infrared Carbon and Sulfur Analyzer:
1, Circuit: dual CPU system, modular design of upper and lower machine, the lower machine adopts Atmega162 for chip microcontroller, highly-integrated electronic circuits, stable and reliable.
2, Sampling: adopting high-speed 24-bit ADS124 sampling chip that is fast and with high accuracy.
3, Communications: USB2.0 interface
4, Connection: the infrared detection part and high-frequency furnace use optical fiber for connection. When it is combined with multi-shielded isolation circuit, it can prevent the machine from high-frequency interference.

6, light source: a new platinum infrared light source that is specially made with constant heating and spectral high efficiency.

Analysis Software:
Operating software: Deliph, WINDOWS XP all-English operating software
Analysis channels: channel management, carbon and sulfur channels are free to increase, delete and edit, without quantitative restrictions, preset low-carbon and high-sulfur interface that makes automatic switches of the software come true.
Analysis functions: dynamic data integration, 24 samplings per second to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the analysis; sample management function to edit sample name and logo, and to add or delete sample name; multi-users management system to enable administrators set up different user rights.
Display: each curve frame for carbon and sulfur to dynamically display real-time data and carbon, sulfur release curves during the analysis process
Data processing functions: using ACCESS database to save the analysis results, all the analysis data and curves can be saved. And users can get access to analysis results based on time, operator, sample name or logos; curve/data storage, empty net, parameter setting, channel selection, statistics, result correction and curve comparison, etc. carbon and sulfur working curves can be generated and fit in the software.
Printing: various printing modes, laboratory and testing station, and can freely set printing formats.
Self-diagnosis function: system diagnosis, furnace detection and gas room sealing check
