5. The optimal application for hydride atomic absorption method – The flow-injection hydride generator is applied in our AAS, it made the sensitivity and detection limit of hydride atomic absorption method to reach the best international level. For example, the best sensitivity for determination of arsenic is up to 0.08ng/ml/1% (0.15 in literatures), the best detection limit to 0.06 ng/ml and precision RSD to less than 2%.
