Application:
TR-HY4710 HYdrostatic Pressure Tester is mainly used to determine time-to-failure of plastic pipe under constant internal pressure and also the resistance to PT-HYdrostatic pressure in a short time period. This machine conforms to ISO 1167, ISO 9080, ASTM D1598, ASTM F1335, GB/T 15560, GB/T 18252, GB/T 6111, CJ/T 108, etc.

★ The number of working position can be customized according to requirement, that is to say, the interface of pressure can be customized such as 3, 6 or 10

★ The test tank can be connected with refrigerating machine to perform low-temperature test, thus test temperature can be RT-95℃ or 18~95℃
★ End closures of different diameter can be selected according to customers’ requirement, the material is stainless steel or carbon steel
★ One microcomputer control one working position, it can separately set and control pressure, accuracy, time and other parameters while the computer does not work. Real-time display pressure, time and status (8 status: pressure rise, pressure compensate, pressure release, over- pressure, run, test over, leakage, burst) and also store these test data. It is also equipped with sound and light alarm when over-pressure, test over, leakage or burst happens

★ Imported (USA) water pressure station, excellent performance, long service life, low noise, no need to use air source
