Product Description:
Adopting a high-sensitivity fuzzy-control system and an automatic flow tracking system for its pressure control, this type of high-purity hydrogen generator can ensure its pressure stability precision range stays at 0.001Mpa below. In order to meet the requirements of different types of chromatography and detectors, two varied output pressures are designed, namely L and H, in which L is 4Kg/cm2 (about 0.4Mpa) and H is 6Kg/cm2 (about 0.6Mpa). If using hydrogen as carrier gas (for instance TCD), please set up the pressure to H so as to get steady flow and enough pressure; if using hydrogen as combustion gas (for instance FID), please set up the pressure to L so as to stabilize hydrogen pressure and flow as well as extend the service life of the instrument.  


Features:
1) Program control: the whole process of working is controlled by programs; automatic display of voltage and flow, automatic constant voltage and current; the flow can be adjusted from 0-300 ml/min or 0-500 ml/min automatically according to requirement.
2) Operating mode: high and low pressures operating mode are offered to be used under different conditions, so that the pressure and flow of hydrogen can be stabilized and the service life of the instrument can be extended.
3) Low hydrogen humidity: adopting membrane separation technology and effective dehumidification equipment to lower the original moisture; and using multi-stage adsorption to make sure the hydrogen humidity up to dew point temperature of -56 ℃.
4) Easy operation: no transportation or carrying of cylinders; producing hydrogen only by switching on the power supply; can be used continuously or intermittently; stable hydrogen production.
5) Safe and reliable: equipped with safety devices, sensitive and reliable.
